WS-350S self-adhesive labeling machine is used to stick label on bottle directly. According to label QTY, it can do single label, double label and three label on bottle. when bottle is passing the machine, the label will be feeding and sticking on bottle directly. The machine speed is 18000-210000BPH for 500ml. It is widely used in packaging of food and beverage manufacturing factories.
Design features
l For labeling all kinds of round and square containers, different models can be chosen for 1 to 3 labels.
l Waterproof container plates for round, square & nonstandard containers, fast changeover without requiring changing main components.
l 8 container stations, with infeed and discharge conveyors on the same line.
l Stable output rate of 21,000 BPH, infinitely variable speed adjustment, matching with filling machines and improving production output.
l Safety doors: the machine stops automatically when the doors are open.
l Label shortage alarm: to remind changing label reels when the labels are almost finished.
l Bottle shortage alarm: the machine stops when no bottle is detected on the conveyor, and runs automatically when bottles are detected on the conveyor.
l The labeling station is synchronized with the main engine. The main engine speed is adjusted according to the infeed speed, the labeling accuracy is guaranteed.
l Patented designs of camshaft and French curve, to guarantee the labeling accuracy and prolong machine life-span. Maximum rotation angle: 370°，with flexible application.
l Scratch-free in-feeding device and stainless steel guiding star-wheel with well polished edges produces no scratch on the bottles.
l The patented technology of scratch-free star-wheelhas been applied in rotary labeling machine, replacing the worm-gear which produces scratches on the bottles (shown as below). The stability in mass production has been proved.
l Highly precise labeling for the bottle neck.
l 8 dimensional adjustment for the labeling station with position display device for precise positioning. Rapid adjustment without requiring any tool.
l New labeling clutch to stabilize the label tension for smooth operation, 3-point label adjustment device stabilizes the label panel.
l Open press-bottle design allows any manual removal of containers.
l Container flow monitoring device allows automatic speed adjustment.

l Solo ONE independent main bearing facilitate the up & down movement. No locking & easy adjustment avoids position changes of the press-bottle turnplate and the main bearing during the re-locking.
