The Filling system is designed and manufactured with the application of advanced technology, providing a hardware guarantee for securing product quality and reducing loss. The electrical cabinet is made of AISI304 stainless steel. From a bottle in feed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the filling mono-bloc. Depending on automation and capacity, the blowing system has 3 series, there are semi-automatic blow molding machines, automatic linear blow molding machines, and automatic rotary blow molding machines. They are widely used in bottling manufacturers and plastic products manufacturers.
The semi-automatic blowing system is low speed but the blown container volume is a big range, which is from 100ml to 20L. Lower cost, lower space-occupying, very popular for new investors and small size bottling company to lunch new products to test market.
Automatic linear plastic bottle blower is high speed for small PET bottle, which is 150ml-2000ml. the single cavities capacity is up to 1800pcs based on 500ml or 600ml bottle, especially for lightweight PET bottle blowing. High output, power saving, it can be connected with filling machine via air conveyor to realize the online automatic produce. Of course, the linear blower is suitable for blowing big volume bottles, which are from 3L to 15L with lower capacity.
An automatic rotary blowing system is widely used in high-speed PET bottle filling lines from 15000BPH to 42000BPH. Comparing linear blow molding machines, the output is much higher, less space occupying, less power, and less cost. Currently, the single cavity speed is 2000BPH for a normal water PET bottle. it is widely used in high-speed bottling production lines, it is also combined with filling and capping machines to get blowing filling capping mono-block bottling machine, it is very popular in food and beverage bottling factories.

Hollow blow mold, installed with extruding and blowing machine, applied to various industries, chemical, car, sport, etc.. HDPE jar, PE engine bottle, big volume chemical liquid storage container, plastic pallet, plastic valve body, plastic chair, baby safety seat, etc., are all blew by hollow blow mold. The blown container volume is from 200ml to 250L.
PET preform mold is installed with injection machine, it is popular in packaging products manufacturers. There are Hot runner PET preform mold and cold runner PET preform mold, meanwhile except for PET preform mold, it has cap closures mold. They are used in food and beverage packaging industries.
PET preform is Polyethylene terephthalate preform. According to material, it has water bottle grade PET preform, carbonated soft drinks grade PET preform, hot filling drinks grade PET preform, edible oil grade PET preform etc., of course, the clients can pick up preform based on neck size and finished bottle volume, the famous neck are PCO28 1810, PCO28 1881, 3025, 2925, 2622, etc.,
All preforms are made by 100% new Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resign, which is food grade material. The PET preform has high dimensional accuracy due to high repeatability and stable process, there is no scratches on finished PET preform surface. The PET preform has low AA (Acetaldehyde) value and minimal material deterioration.
WEIS provides PET preform picking up service after client provides finished bottle drawing. WEIS also supply free PET preforms in order to assist client getting the ideal weight PET preform for finished bottle or bottle drawing, so that client can save purchasing cost of PET preform. OEM and customized design are available.
The processing system includes a water treatment system, beverage processing system, and CO2 mixing system. They are 3 different stations in the food and beverage producing line.
As the first station of the production line, the water treatment system plays an important role, the original water is pumped into stainless steel tanks from the well on the earth. After pre-filtering, reverse osmosis, precision filter, sterilizing, the finished water will be used in the water filling line and beverage processing system directly. Good quality and stable water treatment system is a good starting of the whole beverage production. Based on the raw material analysis report, The core filtering of the water treatment system has Ultra-filter, 1st Reverse osmosis, and 2nd reverse osmosis. It makes finished water matching WHO requirements.
The beverage processing system has a hot water preparing station, sugar melting station, beverage blending station (blending water, syrup, additives, etc.), sterilizing station. According to the beverage characteristic, the sterilizing system is an optional item.
The CO2 mixing system is the CO2 carbonator or mixer. It is used to mix syrup, water, and CO2 to make sure the mixed liquid-gas content is up to setting value, the whole mixing system temperature is 0-4 degrees in order to CO2 mixing is well, then the finished beverage is a nice tasting. The new technology of mixing temperature is 14-18 degrees.
The secondary packaging system is connected with the filling system. after the bottle is filled with liquid, the full bottles will pass the labeling station, PE film packing station, carton packing station, palletizing station. So the secondary packaging system has a labeling machine, PE film shrinking wrapper, carton wrapper, carton erector, carton sealer, and palletizer.
The labeling machine has PVC shrinkable label machine, hot glue OPP labeling machine, self-adhesive labeler, and cold glue paper labeling machine. After labeling the machine, the full bottle wears a nice jacket, and consumers get whole product information from the label.
PE film shrinking wrapper secondary packaging system is given a solution of finished bottle transportation. Bottles are tied together according to setting arrangement with shrinkable PE film. If the food and beverage bottling factories do not want to use PE film, the Kraft paper carton packing is a good choice. The carton packaging machine has 2 sealing methods, one is hot glue seal, the other is tape sealing. The hot glue carton wrapper is a whole machine; it has a carton hopper, carton feeding, bottle dropping, and carton sealing, and hot glue melting. The tape sealing carton packing machine has a carton erector, carton packing machine, and carton sealer. According to the local marketing situation, clients can make the decision to use PE film or paper cartons with hot glue or carton packing with tape sealing.
